When you are living in the past or living in the future you are wasting a lot of energy! Today is the only day you have. Thoughts of yesterday are too often filled with regret; thoughts of tomorrow are too often filled with worry. REGRET and WORRY are major energy drains! Living in the present keeps all of your energy units in present time which allows you to have more energy to work with.
